My research is situated at the intersection of data and bodies. I look at the emergence of data-commodities and the integration of everyday life with digital networks. My goal is to query new modes of subjectivity and to explore how existing modes are augmented by digital spaces. My general interests unwind from there, connecting with surveillance, security, social media, effects & affects of the aforementioned on various subjectivities, disciplinary aspects of control societies, controlling aspects of disciplinary societies, data bodies, datalogical species-bodies, and pretty much anything else that's weird, creepy, curious, funny, or sad about emerging technologies and what it means to become a part of them.
