The major feminist works of Mary Wollstonecraft, John Stuart Mill, Virginia Wolfe and Simone de Beauvoir read alongside other relevant literary and philosophical texts: Wollstonecraft, for example, read with Descartes, Rousseau, Hegel and Madame de Stael.
