Blake Beaver


Blake Beaver is a PhD candidate in the Graduate Program in Literature at Duke University. Situated in film and television studies, Blake's work explores the relations between mediation and political affect. His dissertation project looks at the mutations in political conventionality (intimacy, fidelity) that created the conditions of emergence for reality TV's longue durée.
